Filos vine leaves stuffed with rice 2kg

Place the wine leaf rolls side by side on the bottom of the pot. Cover with water and heat. Whisk together egg and lemon juice. Add the egg-lemon mixture to the pot little by little and at the same time move the pot all the time so that the egg does not clump.
