Filos Deluxe Halloumi is a Cypriot, handmade and genuine gourmet cheese. Halloumi has been eaten in Cyprus for as long as there have been shepherds. Originally, it was made in the farmhouses from the milk of the family’s own sheeps and goats, which was left over from the daily need. Filos Deluxe Halloumi takes you to the roots of the original and unique cheese. Halloumi does not melt when heated, and is at its best when fried or grilled.
