Filos saganaki cheese is a Greek semi-hard cheese made from cow’s milk. It has a distinctive creamy and slightly salty taste. The color varies from white to gentle cream. Fried as is or glaze before frying and serve hot with lemon slices. Even though the name of the cheese refers to fried cheese, it can just as well be chopped into owen dishes, casseroles or served in a salad.
