Filos Mr. Croquette breaded saganaki with feta cheese PDO 1kg
Pre-breaded feta cheese triangles. Easy to prepare in a pan or deep fryer. Cooking time only 2–3 minutes. A 1 kg bag contains 16–17 triangles weighing approximately 60 g each. The crispy, golden-brown coating looks great, and beneath it the feta cheese becomes soft and creamy when fried. Perfect for quick serving occasions and street food–style concepts. Also delicious as a dessert served with honey! Preparation: deep fryer 2–3 min at 175 °C, oven 9–11 min at 200 °C, air fryer 6–7 min at 180 °C.
